Whistleblowing procedure

Our aim is to maintain the highest standards of integrity in everything we do.

Even the best run companies or organisations can occasionally be affected by conduct that is dangerous, against the law or breaches its ethical or professional codes. That’s why we have put in place clearly defined and rigorous procedures to enable staff members to report any concerns that they have. We support this by encouraging staff to report these concerns immediately through our whistleblowing policy. We take these issues very seriously and investigate them.

These types of concerns might include any activity which is suspected to be criminal, puts health and safety at risk, may damage the environment or which breaches our policy on bribery and corruption. We also investigate any failure to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, failure to meet professional requirements or any attempt to conceal one or more of these activities.

This is just another example of how Careerlink are committed to upholding professional standards of business conduct which led the way in the recruitment services sector
