Careerlink is seeking Wheelbarrow Loaders to join our client's team in Willenhall/Wednesfield. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active.
Payrate:£11.44
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm however, you are required to be flexible with finish times due to deliveries, volumes etc...
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading wheelbarrows onto wagons and order picking wheelbarrows in the factory.
- Working as part of a team of four to load between 1,200 to 2,500 wheelbarrows daily.
- Walking extensively, pushing wheelbarrows up ramps onto wagons, and stacking them securely.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate loading to meet daily targets.

- Physically fit individuals who can walk for long periods (an average of 20,000+ steps per day).
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
