Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated stores people/FLT drivers on behalf of our client in Cheltenham. In this role, you will be an integral part of the production team, operating COUNTERBALANCE FLTs.
This full-time position offers a stable work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday and 8am till 1pm Friday, with an hourly rate of £12.30.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Operate machinery efficiently in the yard, ensuring smooth and accurate movement of stock.
- Quality Assurance: Perform detailed quality checks on the work you carry out
- Basic Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance on machinery to maintain optimal performance, promptly reporting any malfunctions.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols to uphold a safe and secure work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience with your own CB Licence
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate installation and adherence to quality standards.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for prolonged periods and handle moderately heavy components as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others to achieve production goals.
- Punctuality and Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability to maintain consistent attendance.
