Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Supervisor to oversee and maintain copper work on induction furnaces and inductor coils. The ideal candidate will have expertise in brazing, forming, and bench-fitting and be capable of handling both practical and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair copper work on induction furnaces and inductor coils.
- Perform brazing, forming, and bench-fitting tasks as required.
- Supervise and ensure the quality of work within the department.
- Complete administrative duties, including booking information and updating spreadsheets.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with team members to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in brazing, forming, and bench-fitting.
- Knowledge of induction furnace maintenance is preferred.
- Competence in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
