Forklift Driver / Production Operative - Job Details

Are you an experienced Forklift Driver/Production Operative? We are working with a reputable company based in Tipton who are expanding and seeking an experienced Forklift Driver/Production Operative. This position is on a permanent basis. The pay rate is £31,577.00 including the shift allowance. Working hours will be 06:45AM - 18:45PM on a 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off basis.

Main tasks and duties:

• Operating FLT equipment.
• In-date, accredited FLT licence.
• Experience or willingness to work on Telehandlers.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Production/Process environment.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Working at heights.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Housekeeping.
• Receiving, handling and documenting carbon deliveries.

Skills, qualifications and competencies:

• Counterbalance FLT licence & experience (essential)
• Production operative experience (essential)
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Mobile Plant Operative experience (beneficial but not essential)
