Description

Careerlink are hiring for experienced candidates to work for a leading parcel distribution client on the customer service complaints team.

The ideal candidate will have customer complaints experience, can travel to the Smethwick, Birmingham area and be confident on the telephone and online systems.

Location: Smethwick

Pay rate: £11.49

Job type: Temp to perm role.

Hours of work: 8hr shift between the hours of 8:00am - 18:30pm | Monday - Friday

If the successful candidate goes permanent with the company:

You will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends, this changes to 1 in 8 weekends & a Sat or Sun when team grows.

Perm staff will have 2 days off in week if working the weekend- Weekend hours will be 8:00am - 16:00pm.

Previous customer complaints experience is required.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone calls
  • Handling difficult conversations & collaborate with internal teams and potentially communicate with depots for problem resolution.
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
