Assemblers Required - Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Trolley Repairer to join our team in Aylesbury. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience using hand tools. You will be responsible for performing both soft and hard repairs on trolleys, ensuring they are restored to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:Trolley Repairs

• Inspect trolleys to identify necessary repairs.
• Perform systematic repairs, setting aside those requiring more complex work.
• Remove debris from wheels and ensure trolleys meet cosmetic and functional standards.
• Conduct final quality checks, ensuring smooth operation, no sharp edges, and proper caster movement.

Trolley Handling

• Safely manage the movement of trolleys within the work area in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
• Use a scanner to log and track completed repairs.

General Duties

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day.
• Wear required PPE and company uniform at all times.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and risk assessments relevant to assigned tasks.
