Account Manager – Onsite Recruitment
Burton upon Trent
£30,000 per annum + Peak Bonus

As an Onsite Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of a busy recruitment operation, ensuring client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will act as the main point of contact for the client while leading and motivating your onsite team.

Working Hours:

Rotating shifts:

  • Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 15:00
  • Sunday – Thursday:
  • Sunday: 06:00 – 15:00
  • Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the onsite recruitment operation end-to-end
  • Building strong, professional relationships with the client
  • Driving performance across fulfilment, attendance, and KPI targets
  • Leading, coaching, and developing onsite teams
  • Managing workforce planning in line with volume fluctuations
  • Handling escalations and performance management
  • Ensuring compliance and best practice at all times

Job requirements

  • Proven experience working within an onsite recruitment environment (essential)
  • Strong customer-facing experience
  • Confident managing performance and KPIs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset
