Location: Liverpool (supporting Preston, Liverpool & Middleton sites)
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £17.00 per hour
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours Available / Part-Time Considered)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to support ongoing recruitment campaigns across several operational locations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective candidates.
  • Build relationships with applicants and promote available opportunities.
  • Support recruitment events and open days at depot locations.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and recruitment activities.
  • Manage onboarding processes and maintain candidate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider recruitment team.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, administration, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
  • Ability to travel between Preston, Liverpool and Middleton locations as required.

Please note there is no requirement to travel to Stoke.
