Our client – the fastest growing express parcel delivery company in the UK are searching for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join their skilled and friendly team. The Owner Driver Department is critical to our success and growth; responsible for the successful onboarding and payment of our network of over 1200 Owner Drivers across the UK.

Key responsibilities

● Liaising with Driver applicants via the telephone. At peak this can be up to 50 / 60 calls per day. A script is provided and calls last approx 8 minutes per call.

● Identify suitable candidates; support them to progress to Owner Driver (franchise)

● Support the application process; ensuring data integrity and compliance of all supporting documentation. This includes RTW documents, driving licence checks etc.

● Provide user guidance and support to the Owner Driver Population

● Liaise with Depot Management to schedule business meetings.

● Work closely with Owner Driver Administration, Transport, Accounts payable, Finance and management.

● Maintain strong relationships with Network and Relationship team

● Support the Recruitment Manager with other tasks relating to the department.

Job requirements

● Possess excellent organisational skills
● Be understanding, and able to communicate at all levels
● Have good Microsoft Office and Google experience (G-sheets, G-docs)
● Work effectively as part of a team
● Have excellent attention to detail
● Have strong organisational skills
