Location: Cardiff (supporting Swansea & Cardiff sites)
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £17.00 per hour
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours Available / Part-Time Considered)

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume recruitment activities across South Wales.

This role would suit someone who enjoys candidate engagement, administration, and working within a busy recruitment environment.

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Make proactive outbound calls to potential candidates.
  • Discuss vacancies and support candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Assist with recruitment open days and hiring events.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and recruitment activities.
  • Manage candidate onboarding and compliance processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide administrative support.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration, or customer service experience desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel between Cardiff and Swansea sites when required.
