Careerlink is seeking Wheelbarrow Loaders to join our client’s team in Willenhall/Wednesfield. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active.

Pay rate:£12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm however, you are required to be flexible with finish times due to deliveries, volumes etc.

Key responsibilities

Loading wheelbarrows onto wagons and order picking wheelbarrows in the factory.
Working as part of a team of four to load between 1,200 to 2,500 wheelbarrows daily.
Walking extensively, pushing wheelbarrows up ramps onto wagons, and stacking them securely.
Ensuring efficient and accurate loading to meet daily targets.

Job requirements

Physically fit individuals who can walk for long periods (an average of 20,000+ steps per day).
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
